2nd Meeting with National Authorities, Bar, Montenegro, 4 June 2007 – Jun 04, 2007

In the framework of the programme of activities entitled “Development of National Capacities of Serbia and Montenegro for prevention of, preparedness for and response to marine pollution from ships”, REMPEC participated to the 2nd Meeting of the National Authorities held in Bar, Montenegro, on 4 June 2007. The meeting was focused on the review of the draft National Contingency Plan (NCP) for the Republic of Montenegro which is developed under the said programme of activities, and on adoption of national legislation in the field of prevention of, preparedness for, response to marine pollution from ships. A set of recommendations reflecting the outcome of the discussion will shortly be provided to the Montenegrin authorities.
