Launch of a request for formal quotation for the provision of IT services for the development of the Maritime Integrated Decision Support Information System on Transport of Chemical Substances (MIDSIS-TROCS 4.0) – Jul 02, 2020
The Regional Marine Pollution Emergency Response Centre for the Mediterranean Sea (REMPEC) launches, through its Procurement platform, a request that seeks proposals from qualified consultants for the provision of IT services for the development of the Maritime Integrated Decision Support Information System on Transport of Chemical Substances (MIDSIS-TROCS 4.0) within the framework of the West MOPoCo project.
The IT services, which aim at the development of MIDSIS-TROCS 4.0, will support REMPEC in maintaining its information systems, and improve the quality, speed and effectiveness of decision-making process in relation to HNS spills
The Terms of Reference detailing the assignments and expected outcomes of the consultancy services were reviewed by REMPEC together with the West MOPoCo partners.
The Contractor shall provide the deliverables related to this activity in one lot comprising three packages.
The Contractor shall work under the direct supervision of the designated REMPEC staff.
