    The International Maritime Organization (IMO) has published three vacancy positions located within REMPEC, based in Floriana, Malta:

    • Project Manager (P2): Under the overall supervision of the Head of Office of REMPEC, and in close collaboration with Programme Officers, the incumbent will perform a variety of technical, programme support and policy functions related to the protection of the Mediterranean Sea against pollution from ships and pollution resulting from offshore exploration activities. The overall objective is to provide programme implementation support for the practical implementation of the Regional Prevention and Emergency Protocol and the Offshore Protocol.     • Senior Administrative Assistant (G7): Under the direct supervision of the Head of Office, the incumbent will deliver varied and cross-functional tasks including General Administration and Office Management, Contract Administration, and Human Resources oversight and administration.     • Project assistant (G4): Under the overall supervision of the Head of Office of REMPEC and the direct supervision of the Project Manager, the incumbent will provide administrative and secretariat support for the day-to-day operation.
