MEETING | Third Meeting of the Adriatic Sub-regional Oil Spill Contingency Plan (SCP) – Oct 26, 2023

    The Third Meeting of the Competent National Authorities for the Development of the Adriatic Sub-regional Marine Pollution Contingency Plan (Adriatic SCP) between Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Italy, Montenegro and Slovenia was held on 24-26th October 2023 in Rome, Italy.

    The main objectives of the Meeting were to examine and agree on the final Draft SCP, Draft Annexes, and Draft Sub-regional Agreement on the SCP and the programme of activities. A timetable for the completion of the mentioned documents was agreed, and approval and/or ratification of the Agreement was discussed.

    Representatives from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Italy, Montenegro and Slovenia attended the Meeting, as well as a representative from REMPEC, and a Consultant.
