FULL TIME SECRETARY/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Regional Marine Pollution Emergency Response Centre for the Mediterranean Sea (REMPEC), a United Nations Centre, is seeking the services of a Secretary/Administrative Assistant. The selected person will assist the Head of Office and Programme Officers of the Centre in dealing with their daily requirements by performing a variety of administrative and secretarial duties and will assist in the preparation and organization of REMPEC conferences and training courses.
The ideal candidate should preferably have an Advanced Level standard of education, have at least five years professional experience in an administrative or secretarial role, be fluent in English and have excellent computer skills. Ability to communicate in French will be considered an asset.
Remuneration: The gross salary presently stands at EUR 1,655 (approximately) per month and it is free of income tax. Other benefits may apply.
