Visit of Tunisian Cadets to REMPEC – Jul 27, 2007

On the occasion of the Tunisian Navy Training Ship “Khaiereddine” port visit to Valletta, a group of navy cadets led by Captain Yacine Dhaouadi, the Commanding Officer of the vessel, and accompanied by Mr Lassaad Boutara, Counsellor at the Embassy of Tunisia in Malta, visited REMPEC on Friday 27 July 2007.  During their visit to REMPEC, the cadets had the opportunity to acquaint themselves with the work of the Centre in the fields of prevention of, preparedness for, and response to marine pollution from ships.
